Northwoods USBC Kicks Off Annual Bowling Ball Raffle
The Northwoods USBC Bowling Association has officially kicked off its annual bowling ball raffle, giving area bowlers the chance to win one of five brand-new bowling balls while supporting local bowling programs.

Raffle tickets are now on sale at all league sessions across participating bowling centers: Nick’s Hodag Lanes in Rhinelander, The Alley Lanes & Tavern in Land O’ Lakes, Eagle Lanes in Eagle River, and Wabeno Bowl in Wabeno. Ticket prices are 3 for $5, 7 for $10, or 20 for $20.

This year’s raffle includes four bowling balls for adults and one for youth bowlers. The balls being raffled are Storm Equinox, Roto Grip Gremlin, Columbia 300 Ricochet Return and the Roto Grip Rock Star Amped for adults. For the youth the ball will be the Motiv Ascend. The bowling balls were donated by each of the bowling centers as well as Rick’s Pro Shop.

The drawing will take place on Sunday, December 7 at 11 a.m. during the Northwoods USBC board meeting at The Alley Lanes & Tavern in Land O’ Lakes. Winners do not need to be present to claim their prizes.

Funds raised through the raffle help support Northwoods USBC programs and events throughout the year, including youth development initiatives, scholarships, and local tournament operations.
